For drop/meso gear, yea technically the rings listed above might be BiS but it doesn’t really matter since most of your grinding you’ll be doing at Arcane River so you’ll be pretty much strong enough to 1-shot even without accessoriesi like rings, pendants and eye/face. I've started at around 100% drop but built up to 220-250% on both classes over the summer.
